Artists and organisations have a responsibility to:

• assess workplace risks

• make a risk management plan 

• implement the risk management plan 

• regularly review the risk management plan 

• report accidents and incidents in line with state or territory WHS legislation

• educate themselves on WHS legislation relating to their specific practice

• meet legal WHS obligations relating to their practice

• meet legal WHS obligations in relation to any employees

• meet legal WHS obligations in relation to any contractors

• meet legal WHS obligations in relation to public liability in any premises
